Buni provides business compliance and financial infrastructure, including electronic invoicing, eTIMS integration, APIs, audit trails and integration monitoring. Buni is an infrastructure provider, not a substitute for KRA, tax advice, or a full accounting system.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for complying with applicable tax laws, and for configuring your business correctly. Buni does not guarantee outcomes with KRA.
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where an invoice submission fails, Buni provides retry, error tracking and audit records.
Either party may terminate your account in accordance with these terms. On termination you may export your data during a reasonable wind-down period, subject to legal retention obligations.
